ALARC runs weekly around the Twin Cities. From runs along the river in St. Paul, to hitting the trails at Hyland Park in Bloomington, you're sure to find the right run for you! All paces are welcome!
Sunday Run Descriptions
"The Lakes" - Sundays at 7:20 at Lake Calhoun in Minneapolis
- Meet at the Northwest corner of Lake Calhoun, in the parking lot on the West side of the Lake Calhoun Executive Center. Post Run Coffee at Panera in Excelsior and Grand complex about 1½ miles west of Lake Calhoun. Lots of room, good food and coffee refills are free!
- If you or someone you know is into a more leisurely pace - walkers and run/walkers are invited to join the 7:20 AM Sunday walking group for a three miler around Calhoun. Monday Run Descriptions
ALARC Speed/ALARC Core - Mondays at 6 p.m. at the Lindbergh Center
- This is great program for everyone. It is designed to build speed, strength, and endurance, by emphasis on track, weights, and hill repeats. Lots of individual level intensity and a lot of fun. Membership to the Center is required which is $60/year. Just show up and sign up at the class.

St. Thomas Workouts -- Tuesdays at 6 p.m. in St. Paul
- Run along the River Road in St. Paul & Minneapolis all year.
- Meet in the lobby of the Anderson Parking Ramp (Cretin & Grand) in St. Paul. Free parking along Summit, Grand or Cretin, just watch the parking signs.

Saturday Run Descriptions
Hyland Park - Saturdays at 7:30 a.m. now thru Thanksgiving

Hyland Park in Bloomington at 7:30 a.m. Distance options of 3, 6, or 8 miles (or anything else, actually).

The run will leave from the parking lot on Chalet Road just South of West 84th St near the ski jump in Bloomington.

Meet at 7:30 a.m. during the summer (after Grandma's Marathon until Twin Cities Marathon)

- Cedar loop - 10 miles
- Lyndale loop - 15 miles
- Lake Harriet, return via the Lake St. Bridge - 17-18 miles
- Lake Harriet, around the lake and back - 20-21 miles
- Loop milage if you head towards the U:
- Lake St. loop - 6 miles
- Franklin loop - 9 miles
- U of M loop - 11 miles
- RR bridge loop - 12 miles
- Stone Arch Bridge loop - 14 miles
