ALARC Ice Dive 2013

The 2013 ALARC Ice Dive was once again a huge success! With below zero temperatures but almost no wind, 775 divers came out to participate.
Bill Wenmark, event Founder, dove for his 23rd time alongside Burt Carlson, long-time member of ALARC, runner who has completed 316 marathons, and is 86 years young!

Once again, photographs of the event will be taken by "That Moment Frozen" and offfered for sale following the event.:
Registration
Pre-register online $25 | Day of Dive $30
All registered participants get a post-dive breakfast burrito, coffee and hot chocolate. Non-divers can purchase the breakfast for $5 on-site
Registration is open until midnight, December 31, 2012
Costume Contest
The ALARC Ice Dive will be giving away two $50 Gift Certificates for BaySide Grille, one each for the top two costumes worn by the divers as they jump into the comfort of Lake Minnetonka. The costumes will be judged by the ALARC staff. Judging criteria will be based on creativity and attention grabbing. Ice Dive spectators will be encouraged to voice their opinion also.
